Curupira

Ele defende as florestas se livrando de caçadores, lenhadores, incendiários e tudo mais que pode perturbar a fauna e a flora do seu habitat. Quem nunca ouviu a história do Curupira? Clássico das histórias da roça, junto com o saci, o menino-monstro tem cabelos de fogo e os pés virados pra trás. Há quem jure que já viu um, numa daquelas noites de lua cheia.

O desenho foi feito pra Festa do Saci, a festa à fantasia que fizemos pra Luanna ([link] , eu ainda vou ter que aprender a colocar o avatar junto com o link...) na primeira Ararurrêive. É todo lápis e lápis de cor.

He defends the forests against hunters, lumberjacks, pyromaniacs and anything else that could disturb the fauna and flora of his habitat. Who never heard of the Curupira (well, probably a lot of the ones who are reading this in English...), anyway, I'll tell you. It's a classic country myth, like the werewolf. The young boy-monster has fire as hair and his feet turned back. There's people who swear they saw in one of those full moon nights.

This drawing was made for the Saci Party (the Saci is another brazilian legendary monster, this one is a black boy with only one foot, that smokes and disappears in a small hurricane he creates), that was a costume party we made for Luanna's (luannavidolim.deviantart.com) birthday on the first Ararurave. It's all pencil and colored pencil.
